I’m Mirsad, the chef and creator behind The Board Atelier, based in Iowa City, Iowa. With over 20 years of experience as a chef, I’ve built my career on a deep passion for food, creativity, and bringing people together.

I create beautifully crafted charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and catering experiences designed to make every gathering feel special.

Each creation is thoughtfully assembled with gourmet cheeses, savory meats, fresh fruits, and carefully selected accompaniments - with an emphasis on beautiful presentation and delicious flavor.
